The ovulatory phase (approx. Days 14-16) is short but powerful. You have the most physical stamina and emotional resilience right now. It is the time to be seen, to speak up, and to challenge your body.
Express and Expand
Your verbal skills and social energy are heightened. On the mat, this translates to expansive, heart-opening poses that mimic your openness to the world. Don't be afraid to sweat!
Best Practices for This Phase
- Yoga Style: Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Cardio-intensive flows.
- Focus: Heart openers, challenging balances, collaboration (group classes).
- Key Word: RADIANCE. Let your inner light shine out.
