Everything You Need to Know

Do I need to be flexible to join?
Absolutely not! Yoga is not about touching your toes, it's about what you learn on the way down. My classes are accessible for all levels and body types. I offer modifications for every pose using props like blocks and straps.
What should I bring to class?
Just bring yourself, a yoga mat, and a water bottle. If you have props (blocks, strap, bolster) at home, have them handy, but they are not mandatory. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.
How do online classes work?
We meet via Zoom. You'll receive a link 30 minutes before class starts. I recommend logging in 5 minutes early to set up your camera so I can see you and offer verbal adjustments.
What is your cancellation policy?
For group classes, you can cancel up to 2 hours before start time for a full credit. Private sessions require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
