During the follicular phase (approx. Days 6-13), estrogen levels begin to rise, boosting serotonin and dopamine. You naturally feel more extroverted, curious, and willing to try new things. It's the perfect time to plant seeds—both for projects and in your practice.

Use this rising energy to break out of your routine. If you've been wanting to try that advanced arm balance or a faster-paced flow, now is the time. Your body is resilient and ready to build strength.

  • Yoga Style: Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Creative Sequencing.
  • Focus: Opening the chest, building heat, trying new transitions.
